  • Do you give regular, positive and constructive feedback to your team members?

  • Are you specific enough when giving feedback?   

  • Do you regularly give a compliment to your team members?   

  • How well do you know your team members?    

  • Do you coach in a consistent manner?  

  • Do you have an individual coaching plan per team member?  

  • Do you have a coaching plan for the entire team?  

  • Do you know the two most important points of interest per team member? 

  • Do you know the Achyllus tendon of your team? 

  • Do you have enough time to coach?

  • Are you preparing for a coaching session?

  • Do you regularly take notes during coaching sessions? 

  • Does your team member receive a report of the coaching session?   

  • Do you coach your team member according to the development level he is in?   

  • Do you discuss quickly the issues that need to be discussed?   

  • Do you tackle overall problems quickly in your team?   

  • Are you transparent in all your actions?   

  • Do you adapt to the behavior style of your team member?   

  • Do you regularly motivate your team members?   

  • Do you regularly reward your team members for excellent performances?
