The Co-Creation Change Company, TC3 in short, is a team of enthusiastic and experienced coaches who offer advice, training and individual coaching in the field of Management, Sales and Communication. Our main goal is to guide participants along the way to help them achieve their goals. We offer generic training or fully tailor-made solutions.

Meet the team

  • Having 30+ years of experience, Alexander is a professional when it comes to communication, sales, negotiation, and presenting. He is a well-liked speaker, can always find the issues and works hard at a finding the right solution. Looking for a way to share his knowledge, he founded TC3 in 2014.

  • Jean-Claude Laurent has a passion for Leadership and (commercial) communication. He has years of national and international experience as a manager and coach in both the healthcare and business (Life Sciences) world. With his empathy, sense of observation and no-nonsense mentality he can assess and tackle difficult situations in a quick but fair way.

    He specialises in People Management skills and a wide range of commercial and non commercial skills. Jean-Claude also coaches employees with lack of assertive attitude and helps managers to efficiently improve the project and team results through result-oriented communication (Conversational Intelligence) and Change-coaching.

    Finally, he focuses on the practical application of the various techniques and does this in Dutch, French and English. His added value lies mainly in processing the work situations addressed by the participants in the training.

  • Brian Valkestijn is a young and energetic person with a lot of experience in sales in different countries. He has years of experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium. His personal motivation is to help and coach individual persons who have the ambition to make a career in sales.

    His greatest quality is to motivate and enthuse people and to use his knowledge and experience and to combine this to bring sales employees to a higher level. He does this through training and individual coaching.

    Brian works with individuals who ask him to help guide them, but of course Brian also works for companies to advise them on the sales proposition, sales tools and what needs to be done to increase conversion.

    Brian also has experience to get a good picture of the qualities and areas for improvement of sales employees by going on the field. This is followed up by group or individual sessions to address, improve and follow up on the points for improvement.

  • Ilse Segers is a seasoned Learning & Development professional, specializing in the design and facilitation of interactive workshops that drive growth and performance. With a hands-on, pragmatic approach, Ilse creates tailored learning experiences that engage participants and deliver tangible results. Whether in-person or online, her sessions are dynamic, interactive, and aligned with the unique goals of each organization.

    Clients value her ability to adapt to diverse teams, foster collaboration, and provide practical tools for real-world challenges. Known for her high emotional intelligence and engaging style, Ilse ensures participants remain motivated and leave feeling empowered to apply what they’ve learned.

  • Frederik is a good-humoured creative who already has 15 years of experience as a coach. His passion for the profession comes from guiding people to their desired goal and helping them find a solution to their problem. Furthermore, he always tries to bring out the best qualities in people, even if this means stepping out of their comfort zone.

    Frederik's expertise is mainly sales, communication and leadership. He can give these training courses in Dutch, French and English in order to be most understandable to the trainees.

  • An Swartenbroekx has years of work experience in external prevention and became fascinated by the needs of employees with regards to work-related stress. Besides teaching communication courses such as Extended DISC and Conversational Intelligence she is a coach and offers psychological counseling at her practice. An is a psychologist and can offer companies some insights into burnouts: mainly how to detect and prevent them. She can also offer help to individuals: she supports both people who feel stuck due to work-related stress and people who have various other problems.
